Makanan Khas Korea : Gimbap / Kimbap
Gimbap (commonly spelled Kimbap ) is Korea 's most popular and nutritious food. Gimbap can be found all over the place. Cooked rice is flattened over dry seaweed which is still a large square. Then toss the various ingredients (including ham, sausage, spinach, cucumber, crab meat, carrots and radishes) into the sliced teepees and over the rice. After that the seguri seaweed is rolled with rice and the ingredients in the nalamya, then sliced into slices and seasoned with sesame seeds. This idea originated in Japan during the colonial period, but Korean gimbap is slightly different from Japan. Gimbap or Kimbap is similar to Japanese makisushi in its preparation but with a more verbose ingredient.
